Dr. Griger Cherry Williams is the Managing Director of SML Finance Ltd. He is associated with the company since 30th September 2001 and holding the position of Managing Director in the company from 06th April 2019. He is the son of Shri. C. C. William Varghese and Smt. Mary Williams, founders of the company. He is a Post Graduate of General Medicine. He has more than 19 years of experience in NBFC business activities and other related matters and is actively engaging in the overall business of the company. He is also holding the position of Whole-time Director in its subsidiary company Vanchinad Finance (P) Ltd and Director in Sangeeth Nidhi Ltd, Group Company.

Mr. Simon Cheru.C

Shri. Simon Cheru. C is one of the promoters and directors of SML Finance Limited and is also Director the Managing partner of M/s Sangeeth Photostats. He is associating with the since its inception in 1996.

Mrs. Susanna Isaac

Director

Smt. Susanna Isaac, wife of Dr. Griger Cherry Isaac Williams is one of the members of the Board of Directors of SML Finance Limited since 30/08/2010. She is also holding the position of Director in its Group Companies Vanchinad Finance Pvt Ltd and Sangeeth Nidhi Ltd. She is a B Tech Graduate. Presently she is heading of Legal Department of the company.

Mr. Jojo N.J

Director

Shri. Jojo N.J, is one of the Director of SML Finance Ltd from 04/08/2016. He plays an important role in day to day affairs and he is heading the Human Resource Department of the company

Mr. K. I. Varghese

Director

Shri K. I. Varghese has an experience of around 40 years with The Federal Bank Limited and has occupied various prominent positions in the senior management cadre of the Bank and retired as Chief General Manager. He joined in the company on 06/11/2018. He plays a vital role in the business decision of the company and is actively engaging in the day to affairs of the company.  He is also a Director in Subsidiary Company Vanchinad Finance Pvt Ltd and Group company Sangeeth Nidhi Ltd.

CA. Abin M Behanan

Independent Director

Mr. Abin M Behanan is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 5 years of experience. He is the Partner of VJA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Cochin. He is paying the role of Independent Director in the company from 03/03/2020. He is also holding the position of Independent Director in its subsidiary company Vanchinad Finance Pvt Ltd.

Adv. P.K.Thankarajan

Adv. P.K.Thankarajan having more than 10 years of experience as advocate in High courts/District court/ Munsiffs courts in and around Ernakulam and Debt Recovery Tribunals at Ernakulam. He also has banking experience of 29 years with Federal Bank. He Joined in the bank as legal officer and held different positions and retired as Assistant General Manager (Principal Officer) – Asset recovery in the year 2016.
